The Reason that Wedding Videography is so Popular

Until just a decade ago wedding videography was almost unheard of except for the well to do. Now with all of the advances in the electronic field it seems that a lot more people are choosing to not only have a wedding photographer to take wedding pictures, but a videographer to do wedding videography as well.
What makes wedding videography so popular? Well, the first thing that comes to mind is that it gives you a living history of your special day. Photographs are beautiful and nice to have, but they can’t capture the real story either like wedding videography can. A picture is a snap of that second in time. It doesn’t capture the feelings or what is being said and felt at that moment.
With wedding videography you are able to capture the before and after comments of a photograph. You can capture the laughter and the tears, you can hear the toasts and congratulations and expressions of love. With wedding videography you can relive your special day over and over.
Another thing that wedding videography is for is that it allows those who for one reason or another cannot attend to be able to “be there”. With our mobile world and busy personal lives there are many times that your loved ones can’t share this special day with you, so wedding videography is great for the ailing grandparent or soldier brother who can’t be there in person to still be able to share this time with the bride and groom.
As a couple watches the wedding videography of their wedding often they will say, “Oh, I don’t remember that!” or “Oh, that’s what was going on in that picture!” So it is fun just for the couple to watch and be able to really enjoy the little things of that day that they may have missed among all the stress and jitters. It also helps them to feel and remember why they love that person and how they felt on that special day when things get tough, as they always seem to. So, wedding videography can be a very beneficial thing for a couple to include when they are planning their wedding.
